The series is currently being aired on Eska TV, reaching an impressive estimated audience of around 7 million people. Reruns of the series are planned for early 2024, aiming to further promote the Maltese Islands to a cumulative projected audience of approximately 5 million. The TV episodes are complemented by a promotional social media campaign with a combined reach of over 1.6 million people.
Each episode delves into various aspects of Maltese tourism, including history and culture, gastronomy, agritourism, village feasts, faith-based tourism, active holidays, family holidays, clubbing and nightlife, and luxury vacations. The series also devotes two episodes exclusively to Gozo, highlighting its unique appeal as a distinct travel destination.
According to Jimmy Attard, the Regional Director of the Malta Tourism Authority for Poland, Eastern Europe, and The Baltics, the show underscores the Maltese Islands as an all-year-round destination. “We will continue with our untiring marketing efforts to register another record year for arrivals from the Polish market,” he stated.
CEO of Malta Tourism Authority, Carlo Micallef, also commented on the growing significance of the Polish market, noting a 55% increase in arrivals in the first half of this year compared to the same period in 2019.
